Following around the body, you can find five great gold ratio points for health and longevity. Chinese medicine experts pointed out that frequent massage of these five golden points can slow down the aging process and energize life against aging. Yongquan (KI1)<\/strong> &#8212; from heel to toe 0.618 is Yongquan, on the soles of the feet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Yongchuan.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-10767\" src=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Yongchuan-127x300.jpg\" alt=\"Yongchuan\" width=\"119\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Yongchuan-127x300.jpg 127w, https:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Yongchuan.jpg 169w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 119px) 100vw, 119px\" \/><\/a>In the Yellow Emperor\u2019s Internal Classic it said: &#8220;Kidneys channel out by Yongquan, and Yongquan is the sole of feet,&#8221; meaning that kidney qi is like a source of bobbing spring, coming from the bottom of feet, pouring irrigation throughout the whole body and through the limbs.\u00a0 So, Yongquan plays an important role in human health aspects.<\/p>\n<p>Daily practice to push and rub Yongquan enables elderly to be energetic, enjoy physical enhancement, and enhance the immune system&#8217;s ability to prevent diseases.<\/p>\n<p>Methods:\u00a0 take a natural position, supine or prone position, use your own feet as the alternating action of rubbing each other. You can also use the the corner of bedside or other equipment to rub yongquan.\u00a0\u00a0 Alternatively, you may use your thumb to massage Yong-quan at any time.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guanyuan.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-10768\" src=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guanyuan.jpg\" alt=\"Guanyuan\" width=\"383\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guanyuan.jpg 484w, https:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guanyuan-300x219.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 383px) 100vw, 383px\" \/><\/a>3 Guanyuan (CV4<\/strong>)&#8211; 0.618 from feet to the head is Guanyuan, the point four fingers below navel. Guanyuan is the raised point of the small intestine; intestinal Qi gathers at this point and then spreads to the skin and other parts of the body. Therefor<br \/>\ne, Guanyuan is the cortex or key place for life-nurturing, energy breathing, and gathering spirit. Chinese medicine believes Guanyuan has the function of cultivating original qi, consolidating foundation, and replenishing the lower warmer (lower energizer).<\/p>\n<p>Pressing and rubbing Guanyuan can adjust endocrine. Reduce skin spots, or acne condition.<\/p>\n<p>Note: don\u2019t use excessive force, as long as you can feel locally soreness when rubbing.\u00a0 Heat this point with hot towel also has good results for dysmenorrhea caused by exposure to cold.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/yintang.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-10769\" src=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/yintang-179x300.jpg\" alt=\"yintang\" width=\"179\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>4. Yin-Tang (EX-HN3)&#8211;<\/strong> counting from the chin, located in the 0.618 of head is YINTANG, the midpoint between the two eyebrows.<\/p>\n<p>YINTANG is one of the points on the Extraordinary Meridian. The TCM recognized main function is to clear the head, brighten the eyes, and open up the nose resuscitation.<\/p>\n<p>Pulling YINTANG can effectively relieve dry nose so that an increase in nasal mucus keeps the nose moist, but also prevent epistaxis, rhinitis, the common cold, and other diseases.<\/p>\n<p>Methods: apply buckling thumb and forefinger gently pulling YINTANG, plus, make gentle rubbing movement until it feels numb or swollen, usually pulling and rubbing for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/TanZhong.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-10770\" src=\"http:\/\/yang-sheng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/TanZhong.jpg\" alt=\"TanZhong\" width=\"300\" height=\"274\" \/><\/a>5. Tanzhong (RN17)<\/strong>&#8212; the middle part of the body, torso 0.618 up is the Tanzhong, right at the middle between the nipples.<\/p>\n<p>Tanzhong is the gathering place of pericardium Qi; and it is also the cross points of Ren (CV), the feet tai-yin, feet shao-yin, hand tai-yang,\u00a0 hand Shao-yang meridians. It can help regulate qi, activate blood flow and channel meridians;\u00a0 open up chest qi, and stop coughing and asthma.<\/p>\n<p>Modern medical research has also confirmed that stimulation of this point may help regulating nerve functions,\u00a0 effectively treat asthma, chest tightness, palpitations, irritability, and angina.
