I received the following \u201cGood Karma\u201d from a friend by email, and find some truth or \u201cDao\u201d in it. I would like to share with you. It really does not matter who said it in the first place as long as you may illuminate \u201cDao\u201d from them.<\/p>\n

1. Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk.<\/p>\n

2. When you lose, don\u2019t lose the lesson.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

3. Follow the three R\u2019s:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Respect for self,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Respect for others and<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsibility for all your actions.<\/p>\n

4. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.<\/p>\n

5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.<\/p>\n

6. Don\u2019t let a little dispute injure a great relationship.<\/p>\n

7. When you realize you\u2019ve made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.<\/p>\n

8. Spend some time alone every day.<\/p>\n

9. Open your arms to change, but don\u2019t let go of your values.<\/p>\n

10. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.<\/p>\n

11. Live a good, honorable life. Then when you get older and think back, you\u2019ll be able to enjoy it a second time.<\/p>\n

12. A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.<\/p>\n

13. In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation. Don\u2019t bring up the past.<\/p>\n

14. Share your knowledge. It is a way to achieve immortality.<\/p>\n

15. Be gentle with the earth.<\/p>\n

16. Once a year, go someplace you\u2019ve never been before.<\/p>\n

17. Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.<\/p>\n

18. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.<\/p>\n
