Wedding Cake<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"cake\"<\/a>A dietitian was once addressing a large audience in Chicago. \u00a0“The material we put into our stomachs is enough to have killed most of us sitting here, years ago. Red meat is awful. Soft drinks erode your stomach lining. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. Vegetables can be disastrous, and none of us realizes the long-term harm caused by the germs in our drinking water.<\/p>\n

“But there is one thing that is the most dangerous of all and we all have, or will, eat it. Can anyone here tell me what food it is that causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?”<\/p>\n

A 75-year-old man in the front row stood up and said, “Wedding cake.”<\/p>\n

Eating Right….<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"m&ms\"<\/a>According to a recent article I just read on nutrition, they said eating right doesn’t have to be complicated. Nutritionists say there is a simple way to tell if you’re eating right. Colors. Fill your plates with bright colors. Greens, reds, yellows. In fact, I did that this morning. I had an entire bowl of M&M’s. It was delicious! I never knew eating right could be so easy.<\/p>\n
